How do I ensure I have the latest version?
Solution: The members area provides access to automatic updates and always has the latest Business Aviator Inventory Free Edition Client Software available on the membership portal. If you don't want to become a member, you can keep an eye on the download sites like Download.com for the latest version, but it takes longer for new versions to reach those sites.

How do I get my question added to the FAQ?
Solution: We add material to the Frequently Asked Questions as needed. Although the F.A.Q. will never address material that is intended for our subscribers only, we do take all questions from our non-paying users into consideration to be added to this page.

Why am I getting a "License Warning" message?
Problem: Either your system date and time is incorrect or you should download the latest version of Business Aviator Inventory Software Free Edition.

Solution: The message is harmless and simply clicking "OK" will let you continue using the application. We do recommend verifying your system date and time and restarting your computer. If you still receive the message, download and install the latest version of Business Aviator Free Edition.

Why am I getting an "Incorrect Date or Time" message?
Problem: The system date and time has been manipulated. Business Aviator provides this message if you're logging-in to a workstation that has had the date or time manipulated so you don't accidentally start entering transactions without fixing the date and time.

Solution: Verify and correct your computer's date and time. Restart the computer.

Had trouble installing the software, what do you recommend?
Problem: Although we've only had very few individuals (under 1 percent) report having trouble with the installer, we wan't to ensure that if you do have a problem installing Business Aviator it's resolved. Try our solutions below and if you feel you've exhausted all options, contact us!
Note: All we ask is that you refrain from posting bad reviews or downgrading the rating of our product on partner sites until you've made an effort to contact us.

Solution: We recommend running the installers "Repair Option". Just double-click the installer to execute the installation again and choose "Repair" when prompted. This will resolve all issues in 99.9 percent of all cases. Also make sure to follow the step-by-step instructions in our Installation Guide!
