• Inventory Full Value
  Description: The Inventory Value reports are designed to provide an Accurate Inventory Value based on your inventory costing method. The approach taken adheres to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) to place a reliable value on your inventory.

  Special Notes: The short reports do not display items that have no remaining value. Make sure to choose the report that matches your company's chosen inventory costing method.

  Locations: The report displays information for the current logged-in location.

  Customization: This report cannot be customized with the report writer.

• Special Order Item Inventory Detail
  Description: This report is designed to provide an idea of what special order items are currently in your inventory. It displays special order items received and not invoiced. The cost shown is based on the cost assigned in the Cost & Pricing screen and is not an exact value.

  Special Notes: Business Aviator does not include special order items as part of inventory, so this report provides a way to see what special order items you may have received and not yet invoiced.

  Locations: This report is specific to the current logged-in location.

  Customization: This report should not be customized with the report writer.

• Inventory Stock Damaged
  Description: This report is designed to provide a list of all items that have a damaged quantity greater than zero. It also lists the item notes, so any information recorded about the damaged items is accessible on the report.

  Special Notes: None

  Locations: This report is specific to the current logged-in location.

  Customization: This report can be customized with the report writer.

• Inventory Stock Status
  Description: The various Inventory Stock Status reports are designed to provide a list of all items stock information (Quantities primarily) at each location. The stock status reorder reports show only items that need to be reordered based on the low stock quantity specified in the item advanced screen for a particular location.

  Special Notes: Nothing will be displayed on this report if you do not have any Low Stock Level's assigned to any items.

  Locations: The reports display information for all locations.

  Customization: This report should not be customized with the report writer.
