Business Aviator supports the creation of Sales Receipts, Sales Orders, Invoices and Sales Quotes. The Application's Quick Find feature lets you quickly find the items you seek to put on the document, and automatically recalls the item number, description, price and taxable status to help avoid error and aid in automating the sales process. Even the elaborate pricing schemes you create within the program can be automatically recalled or utilized, Units of Measure can be assigned, Sales across Multiple Locations can be entered, and much more.  Sales Orders and Sales Quotes can be added and edited at any time, and generating an Invoice from a Sales Order or Quote is a one-click process.

Advanced Inventory Sales Features Include:

• Creation of Sales Quotes, which can be converted into a Sales Order or directly to Invoices/Receipts with a single click.
• Creation of Sales Orders, which can be converted to Invoices/Receipts, and which provide the means for some extremely flexible extended features. Some of which include applying customized pricing, discounts, unit of measure, extended line item description assignment, serial numbers, lot numbers, and more.

Sales representatives can be assigned for commission purposes, a due date for shipping and shipping address can be assigned, and the transaction/invoice number and any applicable purchase order number can also be assigned among other field. A unique location-specific transaction number is generated so it's easy to distinguish the sales or credits for multiple locations from within your integrated accounting software.
