Business Aviator also supports the creation of Sales Receipts, Sales Orders, Invoices and Sales Quotes. The Application's Quick Find feature lets you quickly find the items you seek to put on the order, and automatically recalls the item number, description, price and taxable status to help avoid error and aid in automating the sales process. Sales Orders and Sales Quotes can be added and edited at any time, and generating an Invoice from a Sales Order is quick and intuitive.
Additionally, any of the form documents can be customized to meet your specific needs. We will work with you to match up the perfect order, invoice, receipt, and quote so you can continue doing 'business as usual' while the Business Aviator application keeps track of the information you need.

Additionally, a sales representative can be assigned, a due date for shipping and shipping address can be assigned, and the transaction/invoice number and any applicable purchase order number can also be assigned. A unique location-specific transaction number is generated so it's easy to distinguish the sales and/or credits for multiple locations from within your accounting software.
