Business Aviator's customer management module will allow you to record virtually limitless details about a customer or service. You can record information to be printed, information to be private, service due dates, service scheduled dates, services performed, technicians on the job, contacts, contact phone numbers, and whatever else you would like.
Once the service has been performed and completed, it can be viewed at any time. Future services performed for that same customer can be added at any time or set to recur on whatever schedule you define.
A service schedule can be defined for each customer in each department. A customer can have services performed in multiple departments at the same time if need be and a separate service schedule can be maintained in each department. This has benefited the Fire Protection Industry greatly due to its flexibility of use in a multi-department application. For example, an Extinguishers department and Sprinklers department needing to manage separate service schedules for the same customer.
