Sales Orders

The Sales Order screen provides the ability to add a new sales order or modify an existing sales order.

A Sales Order can contain the customer for which the order is being written, Billing Info, Shipping Info, Line Items, Notes, and more. Sales Orders in Business Aviator are extremely flexible and powerful. You can convert a Sales Order directly to an Invoice, Sales Receipt, or Purchase Order to fulfill special order items. You can also commit line items to a Purchase Order, maintain partial shipments from the Sales Order, sell from Multiple Locations from a Sales Order, and much more!

You can either begin typing the customer name and utilize the auto-fill feature, or select the customer from the dropdown box. Each step of filling out a Sales Order in Business Aviator is very user-friendly. For example, if you don't know what the exact item number is, you can click the "Quick Find" button to search for the item and add it to your order.
