• Sales Order Shipping by Order Date
  Description: This report is designed to provide shipping-relevant details over an order date range including sales order line items based on the "Txn Date" set on sales orders. The report can be used as an end-of-day report to verify that orders are shipping from the correct locations.

• Customer Sales Profitability by Rep
  Description: This report is designed to provide a summary of sales to each customer organized by sales representative. It includes sales summaries, cost and margin so customer profitability can be determined.

• Sales Tax Summary
  Description: This report is designed to provide a sales tax summary of each tax type. The sales tax detail report can be used to view the supporting details of this summary.

• Sales Order Written Summary
  Description: This report is designed to provide a summary of all sales orders over the date range specified. Whether or not the sales orders are invoiced, they will be displayed on this report.

  Special Notes: This report includes credits. Written sales represent what was actually on the sales order, not what was invoiced.

• Open Sales Orders Detail
  Description: This report is designed to provide detail lines that have not been invoiced for all open sales orders

• Sales by Rep Detail
  Description: This report is designed to provide sales detail organized by sales representative. It includes summaries for each sales rep with sale amount, cost and margin.

• Sales by Rep by Category Detail
  Description: This report is designed to provide sales detail organized by customer and product category for each sales representative. It includes summaries for each category by sales rep with sale amount, cost and margin.

• Sales Summary
  Description: This report is designed to provide a summary of sales over the date range specified. The report is ideal for printing a short report to review sales.

  Special Notes: This report also includes credits and a return summary.

• Sales Tax Detail
  Description: This report is designed to provide the supporting details for the sales tax summary report for each tax type. The sales tax detail report can be used to verify the information in the summary report.

• Sales Order Written Deposits Summary
  Description: This report is designed to provide a summary of all customer deposits applied to sales orders over the date range specified. If deposits are being used to record payments in Business Aviator, the report can be used at end-of-day to balance payment types.

  Special Notes: This report includes credits. The date range applies to the date the deposits were added to the orders, not to the date of the orders.

• Sales History Detail
  Description: This report is designed to provide detailed sales history information over the date range specified.

  Special Notes: This report can be used to analyze sales, cost, profit and margin.

• Open Sales Orders Deposits Summary
  Description: This report is designed to provide a summary of all open orders that have customer deposits including the amount that has already been invoiced and amount that is still open. It can be used to determine outstanding customer deposit liability.

  Special Notes: This report also includes credits. To retrieve all open sales/credit orders with deposits, run the report with a start date of 1/1/1900.

• Closed Sales Orders w/o Full Deposit
  Description: This report is designed to provide a summary of all closed orders that did not have a full customer deposit applied. When customer deposits are used as payment types in Business Aviator, this report is handy to determine if any orders did not have the full payment applied prior to being invoiced.

• Sales Order Backorder
  Description: This report shows all open sales orders over a date range that has backordered quantities.

• Sales Order Uncommitted Backorder
  Description: This report shows all open sales orders over a date range that have a backordered quantity that has not been committed to an incoming purchase order.

  Special Notes: This report usually represents all sales orders that should have purchase orders generated from them.

• Sales Order Written by Rep
  Description: This report is designed to provide the details of all sales orders over the date range specified, organized by sales representative. Whether or not the sales orders are invoiced, they will be displayed on this report. This report can be used to compare what sales were written by sales representatives to the sales that were actually invoiced for the sales reps.

  Special Notes: This report includes credits. Written sales represent what was actually on the sales order, not what was invoiced.
