  • Added category prices to the Inventory Buyers Detailed report
  • Completed the beta implementation of a Transaction Agent for osCommerce! The piece of software will be available to our premium users to integrate Business Aviator with e-commerce using the osCommerce web store. An additional announcement with more details will follow next week, but we couldn’t wait to provide some information about this most requested integration.
    • osCommerce Integration Details Include:
    • The following information originates in osCommerce when integrated with Business Aviator.
      1. Customers – These should be added as-usual in osCommerce. When they’re added or updated they’re automatically added or updated to BA.
      2. Sales – These should be added as-usual in osCommerce. They will be imported as Sales Orders into Business Aviator when the Transaction Agent runs.

    • The following information originates in Business Aviator when integrated with osCommerce.
      1. Tax Codes – The tax codes (e.g. “Tax”, “Non”, etc) created in Business Aviator are sent to osCommerce automatically.
      2. Tax Types – The tax types (e.g. “MI Sales Tax”, “AK Sales Tax”) created in Business Aviator are sent to osCommerce automatically.
      3. Item Categories – The category codes created in Business Aviator are sent to osCommerce automatically. This currently only includes top-level category codes, not the specific category attributes assigned.
      4. Items & Inventory – The items and inventory quantity available in Business Aviator are sent to osCommerce automatically. When a sales order is imported from osCommerce, the quantity available is automatically adjusted in Business Aviator and immediately passed back to osCommerce to update the quantity on your website.

  • Added database support for filtering items, categories and manufacturers in osCommerce integration.
