Business Aviator Version 3.10 Full Update Notes (Released on 6/3/2008)

The version 3.10 update includes the first-glimpse of our future “Interface Updates” that will be taking place. Check out the new Sales Quote and let us know what you think!!

Feature Additions in Business Aviator v3.10

  • Added the *New Interface Transaction Toolbar to the Sales Quote* - make sure to check it out and provide some input before it's added to the other forms!
  • Added the ability to *Save a Sales Quote as a Template* using the new interface toolbar.
  • Added the capability to *Create a Sales Receipt or Sales Invoice from a Quote* - previously you could only create a sales order from a quote.
  • Updated sales orders and credit orders so that putting a deposit on them takes-on whichever date is specified on the order (only when the order is first being created). Any deposits added thereafter will take-on the date they were actually added - this feature will make it possible to correct deposits within a 30 day window.
  • Added a general "Quick List" Report that provides the means to quickly access a report with information in the list on the customer, purchase orders, credits and sales find screens - these reports can then be exported to excel.
  • Updated Customers Sales Profitability by Rep report to include a summary at report end.
  • Updated Sales Quote options on Flowchart screen to provide easier access to search from there.
  • Updated the Sales Order Open Deposits and Credit Order Open Deposits reports to include the Tax amount in the "Invoiced Amount" figure. Tax should have been included because it was for deposits - so now it is.
  • Updated Peachtree Transaction Agent to support importing items, inventory, costs and pricing into Business Aviator.
  • Updated Transaction Agent technology to assign reference numbers to all journal entries instead of using the Accounting-assigned auto-numbers.
