Business Aviator Version 3.11 Full Update Notes (Released on 6/24/2008)

The version 3.11 update includes many recently requested additions to the application – also don’t forget to check out the new Sales Quote and give us some feedback to let us know what you think!!

Feature Additions in Business Aviator v3.11

  • Updated Peachtree Transaction Agent now *Supports Peachtree 2009!*
  • Updated Peachtree Transaction Agent to include Assembly Items (Bill of Materials) during import – so integrating Business Aviator with a new Peachtree Company is now more seamless.
  • Added logic to the sales invoices & sales receipt to make sure deposits can't be invoiced until the very last invoice (which closes the sales order).
  • Added the ability to assign an Income Account to line items on sales and credits by right-clicking and choosing to “Edit Line Details” after adding a line item.
  • Added the ability to define "Number of Copies" to print for sales invoices, receipts, orders, credit and purchase order documents in the location setup screen – so you can now assign a default number of copies to print of these documents.
  • Added the ability to access and “Edit Line Item Details” by Right-Clicking lines on invoices, receipts, purchase order and credit forms – previously this was only available on sales orders.
  • Due to popular request, we’ve added "Mobile" and "Alt Phone" fields to the customer screen.
  • Added a new feature to the “Options” menu on Sales Orders that provides the means to "Refund Customer Deposit". Users can now specify a deposit item number and amount to refund deposits from the Sales Order. This should be used sparingly, and only when absolutely necessary!
  • Enabled the "Display Report" button on the Sales Orders Committed to Purchase Order screen (accessible from Purchase Orders).
  • Updated Item Search screen to allow access to items that were locked for inventory adjustment - this will make it easier to get into the adjustment screen for a single item that was locked during inventory adjustment.
  • Added the ability to filter by Item Number and Bin Number on the Physical Inventory Screen - this should make it easier to sort the screen to meet inventory counting needs.
  • Added the ability to open an item on the Price Lookup screen by double-clicking the item in the list.
  • Users can now edit Credit Order's with the Report Writer and assign them in the Location Setup screen.
  • Updated the field strans_qbsono on Sales Invoices so it can be used to show the SO Number associated with an invoice on reports. The default sales invoice reports now show the sales order number. Any users with custom reports will need to add this field manually before their custom invoice can utilize this new feature.
  • Added credits to the bottom of the customer sales history report - so the report is now more useful for viewing the full customer’s sales history.
