Business Aviator Version 3.13 Full Update Notes (Released on 8/25/2008)

This update was focused primarily on providing some minor feature and application enhancements and resolving all current known issues.

Feature Additions in Business Aviator v3.13

• Added the new Transaction Toolbar to the Purchase Order form. Check it out and let us know what you think!
• Added screen-locking to the receiving screen, so two people cant have the same purchase order selected for receiving, and if a purchase order is currently opened by someone it cannot be received until the PO screen is closed.
• Included an extended "Save" option on the Purchase Order screen to "Save & Receive Now", which will save the purchase order and immediately open the receiving screen to the PO.
• Added the ability to choose "Receive Purchase Order" in the PO Search screen, so a PO can be selected to directly receive from there.
• Added a "Quantity on Hand Verification" routine that runs during the Quantity Data Verify executed from the Administrative menu in Business Aviator.
• Minor updates to receiving screen "Edit Line" screen to update rate/cost/quantity on text change instead of when the field is exited.
• Added a new “Purchase Order Auto-Receipt” form that provides the means to enter a purchase order that is automatically received into inventory without having to be received in the receiving screen. The item quantities and costs are received immediately when the “Purchase Order Auto-Receipt” is saved.
